Announce Design Contest

MAPLEWOOD, NY - Comfortex Window Fashions, a leading innovative manufacturer, and Window Fashion Vision Magazine is pleased to announce the PERSONA Design category be as part of the 2010 Window Fashion Vision Envision Design & Ingenuity Workroom Competition.

The Envision Design and Ingenuity Workroom Competition highlights the skills and design achievements of individual designers, design firms and window fashion designers.  The competition features a wide range of categories including eco-friendly design and commercial design. New to the competition in 2010, the PERSONA Design Category focuses on window covering design utilizing roman and roller shades from the Comfortex PERSONA Roller and Roman Shades. Entrants have the chance to win a $1000.00 prize with their entry in the PERSONA category in the competition.  Entries will be judged based on the designer’s use of PERSONA Shades to express the client's personality through customized window fashions.

Winners are invited to attend the awards ceremony at Vision10: International Window Coverings EXPO in Atlanta, GA., May 12–15, 2010, to reveal the winning designs and receive an award.

“The PERSONA Roller and Roman shade program provides consumers with the unique ability to embrace and express a style persona that is truly representative of their individual decorating preferences,” states Corina Santoro, Senior Product Manager. “This competition rewards to the interior designer’s role in bring their client’s style persona to life”, states Santoro.
